I'm a veterinarian by qualification, an endurance coach by profession, and an athlete by passion.
Every year since the inaugural event I've watched the annual documentary and dreamed about being a part of the race. Finally I could resist the temptation to swim, bike and run in such a beautiful and extreme part of the world no longer...

A fun swim that went much better than expected - seeing the light touch the peaks surrounding the fjord really was a highlight of my day!
A challenging cycle, not so much due to the elevation gain but the strong headwind in the latter stages...
A beautiful run that surpassed my expectations based on previous photos. You have to see it to believe it.
